For heavier, wrapped objects in rigid packaging, you can easily remove items from your production line with pusher reject systems. This system consists of a pusher blade attached to an arm that will push any underweight or contaminated product off the conveyor belt and into a reject bin.
Drop Bed Reject
In this instance, the rejection conveyor drops down to drop the faulty product into a collection bin below the conveyor belt. This is best for lightweight products which won’t break or be damaged by the drop.
